The house is located on a plot of just over a thousand meters. Most of it is on the ground floor, with a double height in the living room, which articulates the small area of two floors. The open space front setback strip serves as a parking lot for visitors and expands the street, like a small square.
The program is atypical and, paradoxically that can accommodate a three generation’s family. Hence the configuration is in two pavilions. In addition, the organization of the building goes beyond the traditional distribution of “main bedrooms” and “children’s”. The rooms will be occupied by the decision of its inhabitants, not by imposition of the house.
Shady spaces are available inside and outside. This house is an endless circuits. It consist of a continuous space. The owner can run from one place to another, play and escape, without routes with an inevitable end.
TWO MATERIALS harmonized through its rough and vibrant texture:
- Exposed concrete formwork with OSB board, whose texture makes it an almost vegetal, friendly and warm material.
- Rustic facing brick, prepared with a bastard mortar sore similar to that of brick.
