
The Ranch Mine has recently completed this modern house located in Phoenix, Arizona. It’s designed to be a getaway from city life. Standing low in the desert at just 12.5 feet high, the “O”-shaped house is partly surrounded by a viper fence and finished with white stucco.

White stucco is broken down by hidden recesses of Ipe wood, while entrances open to views of the central courtyard.

A unique and low maintenance plants fill the central courtyard. It can be enjoy from the long beach, while pocketed glass doors open onto the living room, which is furnished in light blue.

Adjacent to the living room is a kitchen with a long island which also includes the dining area. Wooden kitchen cabinets complement other wood details in the interior such as the walls at either end of the large open space.

The kitchen, with its black table, has views of the covered terrace and the pool.

The terrace is light up at night, while during the day it provides seating in the shade. The long swimming pool breaks from the ‘O’ shaped house layout and ends it with a built-in fire pit bench.

The master bedroom features a built-in wooden bed frame and headboard, while windows on each wall overlook the pool.

The master bedroom also has a spa-inspired bathroom with dormer windows and a vanity and vanity area.

The bathroom vanity opens onto a retail-inspired wardrobe, with shelves and drawers for clothes and a center table with additional storage.

There’s an in-laws room to have its own entrance and outdoor space for complete autonomy when desired. Inside, there is a small living room with a kitchen, as well as a large bedroom and bathroom.


The house consist of a garage. It have a Tesla Powerwall battery and diesel fuel on the roof to power the house.
