SynVillan, the optical illusion, is an adorable hideaway in the Eriksberg Hotel and Nature Reserve in Sweden’s largest safari park. The elevated retreat has a gleaming façade by German manufacturer Exyd which makes it disappear into its surroundings.
The house is located on a plot of just over a thousand meters. Most of it is on the ground floor, with a double height in the living room, which articulates the small area of two floors. The open space front setback strip serves as a parking lot for visitors and expands the street, like a small square.
RASSVET LOFT*STUDIO is located in the central district of Moscow. It occupies the territory of a former furniture factory owned by the famous Mur & Mereliz trading house (now TsUM – Central Universal Department Store). During the Soviet times the mechanical engineering factory ‘Rassvet’ (The Dawn) is located on this plot. It is associated with the names of the extraordinary aircraft designers Sergey Korolev and Semyon Lavochkin. Today all areas are high density developments representing distinct architectural stiles reflecting 20th century history.

Urban Forest is a 30-story apartment building covered in thousands of trees and plants designed by Koichi Takada Architects for Brisbane, Australia. The multi-purpose building owned by developer Aria Property Group will include 392 houses, a two-level roof garden and a public park at ground level.
